Butterscotch and Friend’s

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I don’t even need to win the lottery. The moment I have enough money to open an animal sanctuary, I am.

These are the paws of Baylee and Butterscotch, both adopted pets of ours. Butterscotch is the most loving creature to have ever walked this earth. I’m sure he ended up at the pound because he has no prey drive. Baylee was adopted from my husband’s work parking lot as a little kitten, he came into our lives before we were even married- maybe not even engaged.

I have always had pets and will always have pets. I am all about adopting pets in need and would love nothing more than to have enough land to have a legitimate rescue. In my prefect world we are able to rescue farm animals as well.

Donkeys and pasture horses here I come!!!!!

If I ever generate any income from this website and the sale of my photos, those monies will go toward animal rescue. (So, browse the shop once you are done reading this…. 😉)

So yeah, if I won the lottery, it’s not even a question of what I do, that’s easy, it’s a matter of how quickly I can pull it together.

My favorite rescue accounts are Living with Pickles, All Seated in a Barn (they get most of my money), Ziggy’s Refuge, The Gentle Barn, Lancaster Farm Sanctuary, and Goats of Anarchy.

My favorite 24/7 emergency vet is VEG (Verterinary Emergency Group) they are located all over the US. I have taken a few of my pets there and it is always an amazing experience, even when it wasn’t the best news. Every time I leave their facility, I think I should find a way to work for them.
