How it all started
Way back in 1998 I was picking my final classes for high school, and I needed an art class to round out my transcript. It was an introduction to black and white photography. I have been taking pictures ever since.

I’m a woman, a mom, a wife, sister and daughter, I am a staunch believer in democracy. I LOVE nature. I am a director of operations for a small company, and I am an ordained Dudist. I’m constantly looking for the beauty in life. My photography is an extension of that. I find beauty everywhere and that is reflected through the wide variety of subjects present on this site. Sometimes is the mundane or the incredibly simple that catches my eye. Things that are often overlooked are my favorite things to showcase.
8 is my lucky number and I believe that all fine art should be limited edition, so in that vein each image I list for sale here is available for sale in any size in any medium I have listed until I have sold 188. (Not all images are suited to be printed in all sizes and on all mediums.)
I also believe that real art, done by actual people, should be attainable. I have priced my images lower than some of my close peers think I should, but I want my art to be attainable.
